Marcel Baey smoked trout rillettes are handcrafted at Le Portel by the sea in the Nord Pas de Calais department. Serve chilled then keep refrigerated after opening.

Ingredients

Smoked trout (65%), fresh cream, dry Jurançon, mustard, spirit vinegar, spices (including Juniper berry 0.5%, aromatic plants, chives, poppy seeds, vegetable fibers (flax and citrus fruits), Guerande salt, lemon juice. Possible traces of molluscs, crustaceans, mustard and eggs.
