Smoked trout (65%), fresh cream, dry Jurançon, mustard, spirit vinegar, spices (including Juniper berry 0.5%, aromatic plants, chives, poppy seeds, vegetable fibers (flax and citrus fruits), Guerande salt, lemon juice. Possible traces of molluscs, crustaceans, mustard and eggs.
On a sliced baguette, a real delight in the mouth.
