Le Comptoir de l’Ile de Groix is an artisanal cannery living to the rhythm of the tides. It is made there according to the tradition of rillettes and artisanal preserved fish using noble ingredients, without colorings or preservatives.
Langoustine (35%), liquid cream, saithe, onion, carrot, wheat flour, garlic, Guérande salt, saffron 0.01%.
These rillettes will accompany aperitif spreads and also a cold fish starter for example.
