A very successful marriage between endives from the north and pickles from Maison Marc. This confit will very easily replace condiments and the traditional ketchup.

endives 36%, sugar, apple, homemade pickles Marc 9%, onions, shallots, lemon, salt, mustard seeds, rapeseed oil, glucose, salt, garlic, bay leaf, dill, parsley, spices.
