The soup is composed of fish according to the arrivals of the fishing of the region: Gurnards, Congers, Vives, Langoustines.
Fish 50% (gurnard, conger, sharp), Langoustine, sauce: tomatoes, potato, olive oil, white wine, tomato concentrate, salt, carrot, onion, leek, garlic, fennel, pepper and saffron.
Reheat over low heat for about 5 minutes. Combine croutons spread with our rouille!
